Renowned as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, Lake Atitlán is a popular tourist destination. The deepest lake in Central America, Lake Atitlán is actually a caldera that was formed by a volcanic eruption approximately 84,000 years ago. Three volcanoes remain around the lake. Two are likely still active but have not erupted since the mid-1800s. The waves of Lake Atitlán were the inspiration for this design.

The backside of the pillow is solid cream-colored cotton fabric.
