Rising above the city of Jalapa, Volcán Jumay lends its fertile soil to a booming agricultural industry. A variety of fruits and vegetables are grown here as well as coffee beans. Coffee from Jalapa regularly places in the Guatemala Cup of Excellence competition. The Jumay pillow case is an homage to this important Guatemalan region.
